FUBAR reloaded
Today I had another bitter surprise. One of the girls in the HR department accidentally shared everyone’s salary and surprise, I am the second worst paid employ.
From bad to great to FUBAR
So … today, an ordinary day, I was at the office doing normal stuff (I was bore to death and was looking far a new job). Then the phone rings, it was a nice secretary from an outsourcing company (i had a job interview a couple of months ago). She asked me if I would be interested for a job (QA engineer) in Germany. After a couple of minutes talk we agreed that I’ll give her an exact answer when she’ll tell me more details.
Every thing was perfect … I have the necessary work experience, I am pretty fluent in English, the departure date was a bit tight but ok … I’ve talked to my (future) wife she was a bit sad that I my leave her for a while but she agreed that was for better to work there … all was great.
I started searching the net for an average salary for this job in Germany … FOUND IT … great shock … between 40k and 60k per year (compared to my current 5k/year).
I started daydreaming … that I would go there and earn enough money to live a more decent life … I would no longer live in a one room house … I could buy a more decent car … I could travel the world … to see it all …
After 2 hours of daydreaming the phone rings … the same nice secretary … she was more accurate information … it’s a position in telecommunications … GREAT (my inner voice screams) … and then the shock … departure date 15 September ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

new object on wishlist – Nikon D40
I’ve decided to change my old camera (Fuji S5700) and buy a D-SLR camera. I’m not a skilled fotographer but I would like to become one.

So i think that the Nikon D40 would be the best for me. It comes with a 18/55 lens and a 2 GB SD card, which will suite my needs.

Lost Via Domus – review
What can I say … It’s a cool game … and no, I’m not a fan of the movie, I only saw 2-3 episodes. I’ve came across it by accident and decided to try it.
The game is split into 7 episodes, has some playable flashbacks and some minigames. You can collect different object and
trade them with some NPC. Also collect all the fuses you can find 
.
The game has very good graphics, it reproduces many of the shows elements, the jungle is rendered almost perfectly. Also there are some nice sound efects.
The character is easy to control and the moves feel natural. It doesen’t have too many controls which is a plus in my book
.
All and all I guess it’s a must for the show fans but it’s also a good game for the rest.
